Few days ago, there were rumors that Samsung had one device codenamed SM-G900F appear in some benchmark apps without related specs. However, today we found a same model device in AnTuTu benchmark database and unveiled some hardware infos. Let along the device is Samsung Galaxy S5 or not, the configurations of Snapdragon MSM8974AC+3GB RAM+16000W Camera should push it to flagship class.

The rumored release date is January next year and it will come with Snapdragon MSM8974AC Pro, 2560x1440 resolution, 3GB RAM +32 ROM and 16MP ISOCELL camera. The OS of this device is going to be 4.4 KitKat.

Actually,from the recent information, we almost sure it is Samsung Galaxy S5, while according to the model it might be the international version. Before Korea media had released that there were going to be two editions of S5(high edition and standard edition) and the one SM-G900F which featured flexible display was considered as high edition S5. It is not sure that whether the reason of test device or not, the test score of G900F is not so impressive with AnTuTu Score below 30000 which is not inconsistent with the performance of MSM8974AC’s high frequency.
